Hello there! My name is Dixie Fingal-Rock Innes and I am chef, born and raised in South Wales, to an English father & a Dominican mother now living in London.

Growing up our family had a small deli so food has always been the number 1 topic. I have been a chef for more than 10 years in this glorious city working at many many places including having my own street food business with my partner, hosting supper clubs and selling a sauce called Pomegranate Ketchup to the likes of Selfridges.

These days I am a mum, I work part time at a FABULOUS social enterprise restaurant called Sohaila in Shoreditch & I do my own projects. I am extremely interested in connecting with my Dominican heritage via the food and have just launched my Dominica Supper Clubs, celebrating & exploring the food of Dominica where my ol’ mum is from.
